Family Safari Park Weekend 2025

We are delighted to be able to bring families and friends together once more, this time for our

FOP Friends’ Safari Weekend!

Friday 26th – Sunday 28th September 2025

FRIDAY:
Arrive at hotel in Kidderminster, Bed and Breakfast included. Evening drinks in the hotel bar.  Activities, crafts and a quiz to be planned.  This is a drop-inevent.  No evening meal will be provided. There are a number of restaurants within walking/driving distance.  The hotel also has a restaurant if you prefer.  Families can attend as they wish, around their own travel plans.

SATURDAY:
Day out at West Midlands Safari Park. We will have exclusive hire of Spring Grove House for the day.  We will meet at 10am, parking is at the venue and free.
Safari Drive @10:30 – 11am (window): Families drive as a family, taking as much time as they like.
1:00pm: A BBQ lunch will be served at Spring grove House.
Guests are free to visit the park as they wish.
Families have access to the House for the entire day until 4pm, to take time out, rest, or chat with others.
4:00pm: We will be asked to vacate Spring Grove House. Families are welcome to
stay in the safari park and enjoy the attractions until the park closes.

SATURDAY EVENING:
7:00pm: An evening reception at Stone Manor.  A drinks reception of prosecco or a beer. A deluxe finger buffet with a DJ for entertainment.  We will have exclusive use of the room til late.

SUNDAY:
Breakfast at the hotel. Check out is 12pm.

SUNDAY MORNING:
We have arranged for a visit to Arley Arboretum. The garden is fully accessible.
Arrive @ Arley Arboretum from 10:30am

Lunch will be served in Arley House 12:30pm for 1pm

The weekend will close around 2pm but families are welcome to stay longer to enjoy the Arboretum and all it has to offer.
