Conference accommodation for FOP/POH families 2026

Dear Families,

Great news for 2026!

We’re delighted to announce that, thanks to additional grants we have secured, we are now able to cover the cost of two nights’ accommodation (Friday and Saturday) for the main booking of the FOP/POH family/carer (one room).

We are hoping this will make it easier for more of our families to attend the event, and to be able to re-connect with other friends and families who are living with FOP or POH.

For all families attending the conference, you should go ahead and make the booking through the normal process.

This will be reimbursed once you have attended the event.  Unfortunately, if you do not attend the event, we will not be able to offer you this refund.

This will cover:

*A single/double/or family room for Friday and Saturday evening

*Breakfast Saturday and Sunday

*Delegate passes for Saturday including lunch

*Family dinner on Saturday

We are unable to cover:

* Additional family members (grandparents / adult siblings etc.)

* Travel costs

* Parking costs

* Other food and beverage items
