Over The Wall

Over The Wall is a UK based charity for children and young people with health challenges and disabilities to discover a world of mischief and magic. They provide a safe place to step outside of comfort zones, establish friendships and build confidence through meaningful and exciting activities.

BBC Children in Need believes that every child should have the chance to thrive and be the best they can be.

They are committed to being there for children across the UK when they need us the most.  They have Mindfulness Hub page which with loads of resources which helps parents teach their children how to wind down and relax.
